中国战略储备库的油源将采取内外结合的多级联动,不管是进口还是自产的原油,只要装进了国家石油战略储备的罐,就等于达到了储备的目的。
The oil source of China’s strategic reserve pool will take the multi-level linkage of internal and external integration. Whether it is imported or self-produced crude oil, as long as it is put into a tank of the national petroleum strategic reserve, it will be equal to the purpose of reserve.
