本文对公有制经济和公有制主体地位的内涵的新突破以及对公有制经济的主导作用作出的科学论断等方面探讨了十五大报告的有关所有制的一系列新思想。并明确肯定十五大对传统所有制理论的重大突破，将指引我国所有制结构走向合理和完善，以更加适应市场经济发展的客观要求，推动我国生产力加速发展。
This article explores a series of new ideas on ownership system in the report of the 15th National Congress in light of the new breakthroughs in the connotation of the status of public ownership and the dominant position of public ownership as well as the scientific conclusion made by the leading role of the public-owned economy. And explicitly affirmed the major breakthrough made by the 15th National Congress of the theory of traditional ownership by guiding the ownership structure in our country toward a rational and perfect system so as to more adapt to the objective requirements of the development of the market economy so as to promote the accelerated development of the productive forces in our country.
