为顺应经济社会的发展,城市发展必须经过细致合理的城市规划,确定出明确的城市发展方向,对城市空间进行合理的部署和安排,才能实现城市可持续发展的目标。城市规划是城市建设和管理的基本依据,它能有效保障城市建设和城市空间开发活动的合理进行。本文简要分析了城市规划的作用和意义,并对城市规划中存在的问题和完善城市规划的有效措施进行了概述。
In order to comply with the economic and social development, urban development must undergo detailed and reasonable urban planning, determine a clear direction for the development of the city, and rationally deploy and arrange the urban space so as to achieve the goal of sustainable urban development. Urban planning is the basic basis for urban construction and management. It can effectively guarantee the rational development of urban construction and urban space development activities. This article briefly analyzes the role and significance of urban planning, and outlines the problems that exist in urban planning and the effective measures to improve urban planning.
