福建:将反家庭暴力纳入综治考评

前不久,福建省第十一届人大常委会修订《福建省实施〈中华人民共和国妇女权益保障法〉办法》,该办法规定,公安机关应当依法受理家庭暴力案件,预防和制止家庭暴力,应纳入各地区、各单位社会治安综合治理考评。据统计,2001—2007年,涉及家庭暴力的信访15994件,约占福建省妇联系统婚姻家庭类信访受理量的23.27%,由此引发的恶性案件时有发生。

According to statistics, during the period of 2001-2007, there were 15,994 letters and visits involving domestic violence, accounting for about 23.27% of the reception amount of marriage and family petitions in the Federation of Women’s Federation of Fujian Province. The vicious cases thus triggered have occurred from time to time.
