应用组织学和扫描电镜的方法分别对3~9周龄和5~8周龄的SD雄性大鼠颞下颌关节盘进行观察。发现关节盘生长改建活跃,由幼稚细胞结缔组织向致密结缔组织以及纤维性软骨逐渐变化,关节盘的变化与髁突生长具有协调性和适应性;关节盘上腔面的波纹突起有部位性和时间性的差异。
The histopathology and scanning electron microscopy methods were used to observe the temporomandibular joint discs of SD male rats aged 3-9 weeks and 5-8 weeks respectively. Discovered that the disc was rebuilt and activated actively, from naive cells to dense connective tissue and fibrocartilaginous cartilage gradually change, the changes of disc and mandibular condyloma have coordination and adaptability; Temporal differences.
