渐开线样板是用于渐开线检查仪的校准、调修及验收的标准计量器具。建立渐开线基准进行量值传递是统一渐开线仪器量值和提高渐开线仪器精度的有效方法。我院1965年根据科研和生产的需要,研制了检定渐开线样板的基准测量装置,并建立了三种规格的基准渐开线样板。二十多年来,做了大量的传递工作,改变了过去渐开线仪器量值不统一的混乱状态,把基圆半径误差统一在±3μm 之内。
The involute model is a standard measuring instrument for the calibration, repair and acceptance of involute meters. Establishing an involute baseline for volume delivery is an effective way to unify instrument values for involute and improve instrument accuracy for involute instruments. In 1965, according to the needs of scientific research and production, our hospital developed a standard measuring device for testing involute samples and established three types of reference involute samples. Over the past 20 years, a great deal of transfer work has been done, changing the chaos of inconsistent involute instruments in the past and unifying the radii of base radii within ± 3μm.
