本文介绍一种对传统的柴油机排气消声器的改进结构,利用缓冲室降低脉动噪声,采用斜式隔板结构改善消声频谱,采用耐高温保温陶瓷纤维增加阻尼吸声,采用双通道并联结构降低排气阻力,试验消声器采用拼装结构,有利于用较低的成本选择较好的声学元件。提出消声器功率损失比和比油耗之间不存在完全的线性关系,建议将比油耗作为内燃机排气消声器的一个独立评价量。提出消声器与热反应器相结合的设想,为设计净化消声器探讨了新的途径。设计消声器容积比4.8,消声量28.3dB(A),功率损失比1.93%,其性能优于国内同类产品。
This paper introduces an improved structure of the traditional exhaust muffler diesel engine, the use of buffer chamber to reduce pulsation noise, the use of diagonal diaphragm structure to improve the muffler spectrum, the use of high temperature ceramic fiber insulation damping damping sound absorption, the use of dual-channel parallel structure to reduce Exhaust resistance, test muffler assembly structure, help to choose a better low-cost acoustic components. It is proposed that there is not a complete linear relationship between the power loss ratio of the muffler and the fuel consumption. It is suggested that the specific fuel consumption be used as an independent evaluation of the exhaust muffler of the internal combustion engine. Proposed a combination of muffler and thermal reactor, and explored a new way for designing purifying muffler. Muffler design volume ratio of 4.8, 28.3dB (A), the power loss ratio of 1.93%, its performance better than similar domestic products.
