大庆精神中的“三老四严”已经深入人心,成为中华民族的精神财富。随着时代的发展,随着市场经济的变化,“三老四严”的具体表现形式也发生了一些变化。在这种大背景下,如何对“三老四严”予以继承、创新与补充,大庆采油八厂的回答是——“三精四细”。 国有企业管理者如何应对市场经济条件下前所未有的突变因素,采油八厂党委在原有的管理者“真诚、宽容、实干”形象标准基础上赋予了“精明”这一新的内容。为此,围绕这一“精明”要求,管理者们在实践中逐步探索总结出了“三精四细”的经营理念,并在试行公司制模式运行的采油三矿率先实践。
