供应链管理日益深入的研究使实际操作者对其切实的运作提出了越来越高的要求:如何提高绩效?如何整合现有的稀缺资源?如何了解自身的竞争力来源?因此正确地分析自身所处的供应链的绩效驱动和业务流程的现状,就是进行下一步绩效改进的先决条件。 本文从供应链管理的业务流模型分析起,定义了供应链的12种属性,在此基础上,着重就供应链运作的整体绩效的内外驱动力进行了全面的分析,并为供应链地绩效的实际分析提出了四方面平衡考虑的思想,试图确立供应链管理的实际操作地基础。
