目的运用中文版计算机神经行为评价系统(NES-C3)探讨噪声对职业接触工人神经行为的影响。方法使用NES-C3神经行为评价系统对84名暴露组和44名对照组工人的神经行为进行测试。暴露组84名又按接触生产性噪声工龄分为低暴露组(工龄≤10年)和高暴露组(工龄>10年)。所有对象及内容均由专业人员单独测试。结果暴露组神经行为如情感、心算、符号译码及目标追踪等项目与对照组相比有明显改变(P<0.05);低暴露组与高暴露组相比差异亦有显著性(P<0.05),表现出一定的剂量-效应关系。结论生产性噪声可引起作业工人的情感状态、心理运动能力及手眼协调能力的改变。而NES-C3可以用于生产性噪声暴露工人神经系统亚临床损害指标的早期判断。
Objective To explore the effect of noise on the neurological behavior of occupationally exposed workers using the Chinese version of Computer Nervous Behavior Evaluation System (NES-C3). Methods NES-C3 neurobehavioral assessment system was used to test the neurobehaviors of 84 exposed and 44 control workers. In the exposure group, 84 workers were divided into low exposure group (length of service less than 10 years) and high exposure group (length of service> 10 years) according to the occupational exposure to noise. All subjects and content are individually tested by professionals. Results Compared with the control group, the neurological behaviors such as emotion, mental arithmetic, symbolic decoding and target tracking in the exposed group were significantly changed (P <0.05). There was also significant difference between the low exposure group and the high exposure group (P <0.05 ), Showing a certain dose-effect relationship. Conclusion Productive noise can cause changes in workers’ emotional status, mental motility and hand-eye coordination. However, NES-C3 can be used for the early judgment of subclinical damage index of workers exposed to productive noise.
