多年来,用煤-油团聚法回收单体自然金是很多研究者的研究课题。在本研究中,用“煤-油团聚助金浮选法”回收金粒。煤-油-金团聚法考虑到煤和金粒好的润湿性。这个方法应用了煤和金粒的疏水性和亲油性比大多数脉石矿粒要好的特点。与过去研究的煤-油-金团聚法不同的是,该法所用的煤和团聚剂用量很少。用人工配制矿样进行了一些试验。试验中考查了给料中金粒的数目和粒度对煤-油团聚助金浮选法的影响。试验中观察到,给料中金品位对该法金回收率没有大的影响。虽然粗粒金的回收率稍有降低,但是,这个方法可以有效地回收粗至300μm的金粒。最细金粒(-53μm)回收率降低可能与团聚体与金粒碰撞效率降低有关。在矿石和油重量固定时,研究了煤用量变化的影响。试验结果表明,该法对人工配制的样品和天然矿样获得相近的结果,在煤与油用量比为3∶1时,获得了最好的试验结果。
For many years, the recovery of monomeric natural gold by coal-oil agglomeration has been the subject of much research by many researchers. In this study, gold was recovered using the coal-oil agglomeration aid gold flotation method. The coal-oil-gold agglomeration method takes into account the good wettability of coal and gold particles. This method uses the coal and gold particles hydrophobic and lipophilic better than most gangue minerals. Different from coal-oil-gold agglomeration method studied in the past, coal and agglomeration agent used in this method is rarely used. Some tests were carried out by using artificial preparation of ore samples. In the experiment, the effect of the number and particle size of gold particles in the feedstock on flotation of coal-oil agglomeration aids was investigated. It was observed during the test that the gold grade in the feed had no major effect on the gold recovery rate. Although the recovery of coarse gold is slightly reduced, this method can effectively recover gold grains up to 300 μm. The recovery of the finest gold particles (-53μm) may be related to the decrease of collision efficiency between agglomerates and gold particles. When the weight of ore and oil was fixed, the effect of changes in coal consumption was studied. The test results show that the method obtained similar results for the man-made samples and the natural ore samples, and the best results were obtained when the coal-to-oil ratio was 3: 1.
