采用溶胶-凝胶技术在α-Al2O3载体上涂制了TiO2、SiO2、Al2O3等无机膜,对不同形状、不同孔径的α-Al2O3载体作了分析,探讨了载体的性能、载体表面的平整程度、载体表面孔的大小及载体与膜的匹配情况等对膜完整性的影响。结果表明,光洁的载体表面,载体表面孔的大小与膜的粒子差一个数量级及载体与膜的性质相匹配时易获得完整无开裂的膜。
The inorganic films of TiO2, SiO2 and Al2O3 were coated on the α-Al2O3 carrier by sol-gel technique. The α-Al2O3 carriers with different shapes and pore sizes were analyzed.
