针对压缩机活塞环使用寿命短、泄漏大等问题进行了分析，提出以填充聚酰亚胺（“三合一”）复合材料取代原聚四氟材料，提高了活塞环的使用寿命而且泄漏量小，对压缩机活塞环材质的选择有一定的参考价值。
