我们于1990年3月初组成由省政府办公厅、省体改委、调研室、财政厅、税务局、人民银行、统计局、物价局有关同志参加的省政府联合调查组,分别对鞍山、丹东、锦州、锦西4个城市的15户大中型企业的负担问题进行了调查。现将调查情况报告如下: 一、15户企业负担的基本状况。
