广东机床厂是国营中型企业,以生产各类车床为主,目前有固定资产5700多万元,年生产能力为600台。纵观广东机床厂二十多年的发展历程,每一时期都与国家的理论导向、实施的政策以及体制改革等紧密相连。该厂的兴衰史反映了国营大中型企业在生产、经营上的客观要求以及发展趋势。该厂的历史大致划分为三个阶段。第一阶段(1970-1978年)。长期僵化的计划经济模式,严重束缚了国营企业的生产力,企业在诸多方面受到禁锢,失去了自我发展的活力和动力,生产被动、效益低下。这一阶段广东机床厂主要问题是:原材料供应不足;产品种类单一,成本高;不合理资金占用大,经济效益差。九年间累计亏损额达700万元。究其原因,主要受三方面因素的影响:一是生产原材料由国家调拨供应,企业没有选择权,往
Guangdong Machine Tool Plant is a state-owned medium-sized enterprise, which mainly produces various types of lathes. Currently, it has more than 57 million yuan in fixed assets and an annual production capacity of 600 sets. Looking at the development process of the Guangdong machine tool factory for more than 20 years, each period is closely linked with the country’s theoretical orientation, implementation of policies, and institutional reforms. The history of the rise and fall of the plant reflects the objective requirements and development trends of the large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises in production and management. In the past nine years, the cumulative loss amounted to 7 million yuan.
