中国人吃日本料理的在中国的几年里,亲身见证了日本料理一步步走向大众化的过程。我在教课的时候,经常对刚开始学日语的学生提问:“你在日本料理当中最喜欢吃什么?”他们的回答当中,最多的是寿司,第二位是生鱼片,第三位是天妇罗,这些都是典型的日本食品。但是,有的学生回答喜欢吃拉面。听到这里,我就感觉很奇怪,因为拉面不是真正的日本料理,而是中国菜,尽管中国的拉面与日本的拉面味道不太一样。日本的拉面为了符合日本人的口味,每家拉面店都下了很多功夫,目前日本各地都有自己的特色拉面,或许因为如此,许多中国人才认为日式拉面是日本菜。
Chinese people eat Japanese food in China for several years, personally witnessed the Japanese food step by step toward the process of popularization. When I was teaching, I often asked students who were just beginning to learn Japanese: “What do you like best in Japanese cuisine?” Most of them answered sushi, followed by sashimi, Three are tempura, these are typical Japanese food. However, some students replied like to eat ramen. I was surprised to hear that Ramen is not a real Japanese meal, but rather a Chinese meal, even though Chinese ramen does not have the same taste as Japanese ramen. Japanese Ramen In order to meet Japanese tastes, each Ramen shop under a lot of effort, at present, Japan has its own characteristics throughout the ramen, perhaps because of this, many Chinese people think of Japanese ramen is Japanese food.
