曹操是中国古代历史上著名的政治家、军事家及诗人。尽管曹操是一个颇受争议的多面性人物,但其军事、政治用人之道及杰出才华,为世人所叹服。追溯历史,可以发现曹操是一位从一兵一卒、一官一吏而起的政治家。本文主要针对曹操用人哲学中的“善处四种关系、十二字精髓”等独特的用人之道展开论述。论述过程中,通过列举诸多典型历史事件及历史人物,从不同侧面阐述曹操一生19载的奋斗历史,对不同阶段曹操的用人之道进行研究,希望从中汲取一些有益的借鉴或启示。
Cao Cao is a famous politician, strategist and poet in ancient Chinese history. Although Cao Cao is a controversial and multifaceted person, his military and political employments and outstanding talent are admired by the world. Trace back to history, you can find Cao Cao is a soldier from a soldier, a politician from the official. This article mainly discusses the unique ways of employing Cao Cao, such as “four relations of goodness, essence of twelve characters” and so on. In the process of discussion, this article expounds the history of Cao Cao’s life from 19 to 19 by enumerating many typical historical events and historical figures, and conducts research on Cao Cao’s career in different stages, hoping to draw some useful lessons from it.
