2016年世界卫生统计报告显示,德国人均寿命81岁,为世界十大“长寿国”之一。而在20年前,德国人的人均寿命比现在短近4年。之所以有如此大的进步,原因在于德国人将认真严谨也用在了管理自己的健康上。每周日是散步日。散步的好处非常多,为鼓励人们坚持散步,德国政府特把周日定为“散步日”。
According to the 2016 World Health Statistics Report, the average German life expectancy is 81 years, one of the top 10 “longevity countries” in the world. And 20 years ago, the average German life expectancy nearly 4 years shorter than now. The reason why there is such a big improvement, because the Germans will be serious and also used to manage their own health. Every Sunday is a walking day. The benefits of walking are many, in order to encourage people to insist on walking, the German government specifically put Sunday as “Walking Day ”.
