本文采用放射免疫法测定微电子工业超净车间工人唾液SIgA。结果提示工人唾液SIgA含量空调超净组和空调非超净组比非空调非超净组明显增高;空调超净组、空调非超净组之间无明显差异。这说明超净车间工人唾液SIgA增高与空调有关。
In this paper, radioimmunoassay was used to determine saliva SIgA of workers in the cleanroom of microelectronics industry. The results showed that SIgA content of saliva in workers was significantly higher than that of non-ultra-clean air-conditioning units in air-conditioning ultra-clean group and air-conditioning non-ultra-clean group. There was no significant difference between air-conditioning ultra-clean group and air-conditioned non-clean group. This shows that ultra-clean workshop workers saliva SIgA increased and air-conditioning.
