目的:利用正交试验法优选克咳炎颗粒处方中有效成分的提取工艺。方法:以浸膏得率和苦杏仁苷含量为指标,选择用水量,煎煮时间,沉淀剂为考察因素,利用正交试验L_9(3~4)确定水提取中药的工艺,采用HPLC测定该处方中有效成分苦杏仁苷的含量。结果:最佳工艺条件为6倍用水量,提取时间为120 min,以甲壳素为沉淀剂。结论:该制备工艺合理可行,其质量稳定,为克咳炎颗粒的最佳提取工艺。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction process of effective components in prescriptions of Keke Yan granules by orthogonal test. Methods: Taking the extraction yield and amygdalin content as the indexes, the choice of water consumption, decocting time and precipitating agent were selected as the investigation factors. The orthogonal test L_9 (3-4) was used to determine the process of water extraction of traditional Chinese medicine. HPLC Prescription active ingredient amygdalin content. Results: The optimum conditions were 6 times water consumption, extraction time was 120 min, with chitin as precipitant. Conclusion: The preparation process is reasonable and feasible, and its quality is stable. It is the best extraction technology for Keke Yan granules.
