目的探讨奥美沙坦联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法 68例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用奥美沙坦联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗,对照组单用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗,4周后评价药物的有效性和安全性。结果两组收缩压、舒张压下降明显,治疗组总有效率91.7%,对照组总有效率87.5%。结论奥美沙坦联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压效果明显,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of olmesartan combined with levamlodipine besylate in the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with olmesartan combined with levamlodipine besylate. The control group was treated with levamlodipine besylate alone. The efficacy and safety of the drug were evaluated after 4 weeks . Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly in both groups. The total effective rate was 91.7% in the treatment group and 87.5% in the control group. Conclusion Olmesartan combined with levamlodipine besylate is effective in treating essential hypertension and is worth promoting.
