随机抽查了 1996年～ 1999年我院住院病历 1938份 ,分类统计不合理用药情况。结果作用同一受体或效应器药物相互作用的有 40 5例 (2 0 .89% ) ;引起药物动力学过程改变的有 334例 (17.2 3% ) ;给药方案欠合理的有 2 2 4例 (11.5 6 % ) ;给药剂量不当的有 12例 (0 .6 2 % )。
Randomly sampled from 1996 to 1999, 1938 inpatient medical records in our hospital, classification of unreasonable drug use statistics. Results There were 40 5 (20.89%) patients with the same receptor or effector drug interactions, 334 (17.2 3%) patients with pharmacokinetic changes, and 2 24 Cases (11.5 6%); 12 cases (0.62%) were administered improperly.
