近几年来,根据市场经济形势的发展和变化,我厂结合实际情况,改革企业内部机制,调整企业内部结构,并不断加强各方面的管理,取得了良好的经济效益。1995年完成产品销售收入、实现利税、实现利润比1994年分别提高了12.7%、11.1%、49.6%,1996年1-8月份又比1995年同期分别提高了61.9%、59.2%、47.2%。1994年11月,根据产品市场的变化和需求,我厂在原继电器元件车间的基础上组建了继电器分厂。分厂组建后,积极推行新产品开发、生产、销售一条龙的管理方式,细化内部管理,让职工当家理财,并以内部挂牌价的管理方式进行二级核算。通过以上管理形式,分厂建立的第一年就取得了较好的成效。开发了新产品18种,产品产量比上年增长了52%,产值增长了106%,其中,新产品产值占总产值的40%。继电器分厂实行摸拟市场机制的核算方式,即:分厂以挂牌价的形式与总厂进
In recent years, based on the development and changes in the market economy, our factory has integrated the actual situation, reformed the internal mechanism of the enterprise, adjusted the internal structure of the enterprise, and continuously strengthened the management in all aspects, achieving good economic benefits. The relay branch implements the accounting method that simulates the market mechanism, that is, the branch factory enters the factory in the form of a listing price.
