近日,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《深化农村改革综合性实施方案》,并发出通知,要求各地区各部门结合实际认真贯彻执行。中央农村工作领导小组办公室赵阳、祝卫东、吴宏耀、张征、张建军、王宾分别从实现农民共同富裕的制度保障、健全农业支持保护制度、解决我国“三农”问题的根本途径等三大方面,对《深化农村改革综合性实施方案》(以下简称《方案》)进行了解读。
