介绍了一种基于PC104总线和CPLD技术的大功率水冷机组控制器的软硬件设计。通过传感器摄取实时温度、流量和压力等信息,键盘切换“手动”或“自动”运行模式并设定系统目标温度值及故障报警值等参数,人机画面显示系统动静态运行效果,RS422通信接口接收远程遥控指令并发送控制状态及故障信息,PI算法调节电磁阀动作频率。实验结果表明,本设计实现了大功率设备或装置制冷的可靠性和稳定性。
The hardware and software design of high power water-cooled chiller controller based on PC104 bus and CPLD technology is introduced.
