藤田桂子是日本东京海上研究所主任研究员,一直专门从事社会保障问题的研究。1998年3月,她来到中国,在中国社会科学院工业经济研究所任客座研究员。藤田桂子能够说一口流利的中国话,并且可以熟练地运用汉字,对中国的社会经济文化也有相当的了解。当然,作为一名专门从事社会保障研究的专家,她关注更多的是中国的社会保障。那么,在这位日本学者的眼中,中国社会保障的改革现状如何?未来发展怎样?日前,记者就此对其进行了采访。
Fujita Katsura is Japan’s Tokyo Institute of maritime research fellow, has been specializing in social security issues. In March 1998, she came to China and was a visiting researcher at Institute of Industrial Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Fujita Gui-ki is fluent in Chinese, proficient in using Chinese characters and has a good understanding of China’s socio-economic culture. Of course, as an expert specializing in social security research, she focuses more on social security in China. So, in the eyes of this Japanese scholar, what is the status quo of the reform of social security in China? How about the future? Recently, the reporter interviewed him in this regard.
