社会的发展对人才需求提出了新的要求,即对高品质技术型人才的需求,职业本科就是为了满足社会的迫切需要而产生的一种教育形式。它在培养目标、开设课程和教学特点等方面都不同于普通本科,有着自己的特点。职业本科走的是产学研结合之路,它所培养出来的人才,能够在毕业后马上定岗,而不需要进行阶段性的岗前培训,培养目标是以社会需求为导向的。
