由于受世界经济形势、毕业生人数增加及就业观念的影响,大学生就业难的矛盾日益突出,作为以培养人才为主要任务的高校,应该给毕业生提供更多的就业机会,实现其充分就业。本文以河北沧州市四所高校为例,分析这四所院校在开拓毕业生就业渠道方面的各自做法,从多角度探索拓宽高校毕业生就业的主要经验和有效途径,为毕业生提供更多、更便捷的就业机会,实现毕业生的充分就业。
Due to the influence of the world economic situation, the increase of the number of graduates and the concept of employment, the contradiction between the employment difficulty of undergraduates is becoming increasingly prominent. As a university with the main task of cultivating qualified personnel, graduates should be given more job opportunities and full employment. This paper takes four colleges and universities in Cangzhou, Hebei as an example to analyze their respective approaches in opening up employment channels for graduates and explore the main experiences and effective ways to broaden the employment of university graduates from a multi-angle to provide more information for graduates , More convenient job opportunities, to achieve full employment of graduates.
