研究了稀土镁变质处理对轧辊用高铬铸铁碳化物形态、分布以及力学性能的影响。结果表明:在高铬铸铁中添加适量的稀土镁,可以明显的细化组织和改善碳化物的形貌和分布,变质后碳化物由尖锐棱角的长条状转变为孤立的团块状或球状,对基体的割裂程度大大减小。当稀土镁加入量为0.6%时,综合力学性能最佳。
The effects of rare earth magnesium modification on the morphology, distribution and mechanical properties of carbide for high chromium cast iron used in the rolling process were studied. The results show that adding proper amount of rare earth magnesium to high chromium cast iron can remarkably refine the microstructure and improve the morphology and distribution of carbides. After metamorphism of carbide, the carbides change from sharp and angular strips to isolated agglomerates or spheres , The degree of fragmentation of the substrate is greatly reduced. When the amount of rare earth magnesium added 0.6%, the best comprehensive mechanical properties.
