作者研制的AH—Ⅰ型和AH—Ⅱ型高剂量率后装腔内治疗装置已在本院和国内一些医院临床使用,为了便于使用该装置的临床医师正确地掌握治疗剂量,作者对本单位使用的后装置(AH—Ⅰ型)进行了系统的剂量测定研究,并根据剂量重建原理,设计微机程序,应用微机进行盆腔剂量分布计算及多维等剂量曲线绘制。测量结果与微机计算结果相当一致,认为微机计算的数据可以迅速、正确地满足临床要求。
The AH-I and AH-II high-dose-rate post-installation endoluminal treatment devices developed by the author have been clinically used in this hospital and some domestic hospitals. In order to facilitate the clinician who uses the device to accurately grasp the therapeutic dose, the author used the unit. The latter device (AH-I type) was used for dosimetry study of the system, and according to the principle of dose reconstruction, a computer program was designed and the pelvic dose distribution calculation and multi-dimensional isodose curve mapping were performed using a microcomputer. The measurement results are in good agreement with the computer calculations, and it is believed that the data calculated by the microcomputer can meet the clinical requirements quickly and correctly.
