免疫基因学研究的进步,使鼠成了研究移植排斥反应的理想动物。鼠角膜与人角膜在主要组织相容性复合物抗原表达方面很相似,鼠的Ⅱ型抗原RT1.B和D与人的Ⅱ型抗原HLA-DR和DQ对应。前人的工作证明,鼠的穿透性角膜移植是可行的。用3.5mm的植片对3.0mm的植孔,用10-0的尼龙线作8针间断缝合。术后结膜下和局部给庆大霉素,未给激素。设立0-4四级排斥反应记分标准。透明:0是透明;1是轻度混浊;2是明显混浊但仍可看清前房;3是严重混浊难以看清前房;4是完全混浊无法看清前房。水肿:0是无水肿;1是基质轻度增厚;2是弥漫性基质水肿;3是弥漫性基质水肿并有上皮微囊样水肿;4是
Advances in immunological genetics have made mice an ideal animal for studying transplant rejection. Murine corneas and human corneas are similar in expression of major histocompatibility complex antigens, and murine type II antigens RT1B and D correspond to human type II antigens HLA-DR and DQ. Previous work proved that mouse penetrating keratoplasty is feasible. A 3.0 mm implant was implanted with 3.5 mm implants and an 8-gauge interrupted suture with a 10-0 nylon thread. Postoperative conjunctival and local to gentamicin, did not give hormones. 0-4 four rejection criteria set. Transparent: 0 is transparent; 1 is mildly cloudy; 2 is clearly cloudy but still can see the anterior chamber; 3 is severe turbidity difficult to see the anterior chamber; 4 is completely cloudy can not see the anterior chamber. Edema: 0 is no edema; 1 is mild matrix thickening; 2 is diffuse stromal edema; 3 is diffuse stromal edema and epithelial microcapsule-like edema; 4 is
