用放射免疫分析和高效液相测定不同组织和血液的激素和神经递质含量,以观察补肾益精方药──固真方对老年大鼠下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴作用的影响。结果表明:(1)与青年对照组比较,老年大鼠下丘脑T_3R、TRH明显降低,垂体TSH呈低下趋势;(2)老年大鼠血清T_3、T_4含量明显下降,而rT_3则显著增高;血清TRH和TSH呈代偿性增高;而血浆亮氨酸脑啡肽(L-EK)含量则明显降低;(3)老年大鼠大脑皮层去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量明显下降,而下丘脑L-EK则显著增加。固真方能不同程度地纠正上述各项指标的老年性变化,改善老年大鼠下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺(HPT)轴的功能低下状态,以延缓机体衰老。
Radioimmunoassay and high performance liquid chromatography were used to determine the levels of hormones and neurotransmitters in different tissues and blood. The effect of Guzhen Yijing Recipe, a solid truth formula, on the hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid axis in aged rats was observed. The results showed that: (1) Compared with the young control group, the T3R and TRH in the hypothalamus of the aged rats decreased significantly, and the TSH in the pituitary gland showed a low tendency; (2) The serum T3 and T4 levels in the aged rats decreased significantly, while the rT3 levels in the aged rats increased significantly; TRH and TSH were compensatory increase; plasma leucine-enkephalin (L-EK) content was significantly decreased; (3) norepinephrine (NE) content in cerebral cortex of aged rats was significantly decreased, while hypothalamus L -EK is significantly increased. In order to delay the aging of the body, Guzheng can correct the age-related changes of the above indicators to various degrees, and improve the hypofunction of the hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid (HPT) axis in aged rats.
