中国与中亚国家是友好邻邦和战略伙伴,建交以来中国与中亚国家在互利、合作、共赢原则的基础上,稳步扎实推进政治、经济、人文等各领域的务实合作。近十年来,中国与中亚国家经贸合作呈加速发展态势,在能源资源及一些非资源领域合作取得了显著进展。本文在分析中国与中亚国家经贸合作现状的基础上,总结了中国与中亚国家经贸合作发展面临的挑战与机遇,并结合“一带一路”战略的全面推进,提出了金融合作视角下,进一步深化中国与中亚国家经贸合作的措施建议。
China and Central Asian countries are friendly neighbors and strategic partners. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations, based on the principle of mutual benefit, cooperation and win-win progress, China and Central Asian countries have steadily and effectively promoted the pragmatic cooperation in the fields of politics, economy and humanities. Over the past decade, the economic and trade cooperation between China and Central Asian countries has been accelerating. The cooperation in energy resources and some non-resources areas has made remarkable progress. Based on the analysis of the current economic and trade cooperation between China and Central Asian countries, this paper summarizes the challenges and opportunities that the economic and trade cooperation between China and Central Asian countries are facing. In the light of the comprehensive promotion of the “Belt and Road” strategy, this paper puts forward the perspective of financial cooperation , Measures to further deepen the economic and trade cooperation between China and Central Asian countries.
