本文运用数量遗传学原理和方法,估算了低酚棉数量性状的八个主要遗传参数.并探讨这些参数对改进育种方法,提高选择效率的指导意义。结果表明:低酚棉品种间主要数量性状的遗传变异潜力较小,简单杂交遗传基础贫乏,衣分、绒长、单铃重等性状的遗传力较高,早代选择可靠性大,皮棉产量和烂铃率性状,早代注重对群体选择易凑效,通过相关选择,增加产量遗传进展的效果低于直接选择,相对而言,衣指、衣分、单株铃数的相关遗传进度值较大。因此,低酚棉育种在进行丰产性选择时,应以产量较高的组合为基础,综合考虑其它性状的相互影响。
In this paper, we use the principles and methods of quantitative genetics to estimate the eight major genetic parameters of the quantitative traits of low phenolic cotton, and discuss the guiding significance of these parameters to improve the breeding methods and improve the selection efficiency.
