[目的]研究漏芦水提物对大鼠血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性和糖原含量的影响.[方法] 在四氯化碳所致的大鼠急性肝损伤的血清中检测谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酸活性及糖原含量;在大鼠肝匀 浆中测定脂质过氧化产物丙二醛[结果]漏芦水提物在体内显著降低因四氯化碳所致大鼠血清谷丙转 氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性的升高,使糖原含量显著增高;在体外显著降低肝匀浆脂质过氧化产物丙二醇含 量。[结论]漏芦水提物对大鼠四氯化碳肝损伤具有保护作用
[Objective] To study the effect of water extract of Rhizoma argyle on serum alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and glycogen content in rats. [Methods] The activity of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase, aspartic acid, and glycogen content were detected in the serum of rat acute hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride; the lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde was measured in rat liver homogenate. [Results] The water extract of Rhynchophylla drastically reduced the increase of serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and aspartate aminotransferase activity in rats induced by carbon tetrachloride, resulting in a significant increase in glycogen content; and significantly reduced liver homogenate lipid levels in vitro. Oxidation product propylene glycol content. [Conclusion] The extract of Rhizoma argenteus has protective effect on rat carbon tetrachloride liver injury
