当前,能源短缺,用电紧张。多搞水电,充分利用水能资源,发挥水电站的作用,已引起普遍重视。合理地选择水电站的装机容量,乃是充分利用水能资源的关键。多年来,水电建设经验说明,装机容量在水电站建设过程中,常常是一变再变,变化的原因,主要是没有按照技术经济规律办事。因此,加强水电站装机容量选择的经济计算与分析是当务之急。文中强调和介绍了选择装机容量时应遵循的准则。文中还简要地概括了选择装机容量的常用方法,并指出了这一方法存在的主要问题;同时,提出了用动态负荷水平为前提,进行逐年电力平衡,算出电力系统逐年计算支出(计入投资积压)和辅之以综合分析确定装机容量的方法。
