“注硫酸提高原油采收率试验研究Ⅰ”表明硫酸驱是一种低成本和很具有发展潜力的提高原油采收率的方法。但硫酸对油层造成的伤害和对钢铁的腐蚀在很大程度上却限制了硫酸驱大规模进入矿场。针对这一点开展了硫酸对钢铁的腐蚀及缓蚀剂的筛选评价试验、不同注入量的硫酸驱油试验、以及硫酸驱对油层伤害的原因探讨等。通过试验研究,筛选出了两种硫酸缓蚀荆,缓蚀率高者可达93.8%;硫酸注入量为0.1PV、0.2PV 时产出液硫酸浓度低于5%,而驱油效果仍然达25%(OOIP)以上;硫酸对油层的伤害主要是反应生成的 CaSO_4结晶体和高岭石颗粒的运移堵塞渗流通道。
“Note Sulfuric acid to enhance the recovery of crude oil Ⅰ ” research shows that sulfuric acid flooding is a low-cost and has great potential for the development of oil recovery methods. However, the damage caused by sulfuric acid to the oil layer and the corrosion of steel largely limit the large-scale entry of sulfuric acid flooding into the mine. To this end, sulfuric acid on the corrosion of steel and corrosion inhibitor screening test, different injection amount of sulfuric acid flooding test, as well as sulfuric acid flooding on the cause of injury and so on. Through the experimental study, two kinds of sulfuric acid corrosion inhibitors were screened out, with the highest inhibition rate of up to 93.8%. When sulfuric acid injection volume was 0.1PV and the concentration of sulfuric acid was lower than 5% at 0.2PV, the displacement effect was still up to 25% (OOIP). The damage to the oil layer by sulfuric acid is mainly caused by the blockage of percolation channel by the migration of CaSO 4 crystal and kaolinite particles.
