将碳纳米管(CNTs)经过酸化、敏化和活化处理后,采用超声喷雾化学镀的方法来制备镀镍碳纳米管。采用TEM、EDS和拉曼光谱进行表征,结果表明,采用超声喷雾化学镀可实现镍层在CNTs表面均匀连续的镀覆,并且改善了CNTs的分散性,有利于其在复合材料领域的应用。结果表明,不同形貌的镀镍碳纳米管的吸波性能有明显差异。对于镀层相对较薄的镀镍碳纳米管试样,其反射损耗峰值为-17.12dB,出现在9.36GHz处;吸波频带宽度为5.28GHz(R<-5dB)和2 GHz(R<-10dB),这样的趋势有利制造宽频复合吸波材料。
Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) after acidification, sensitization and activation treatment, the use of ultrasonic spray plating method to prepare nickel-plated carbon nanotubes. The results of TEM, EDS and Raman spectroscopy show that the coating can be uniformly and continuously coated on the surface of CNTs by ultrasonic spray electroless plating, and the dispersion of CNTs can be improved, which is beneficial to the application of the coating in the field of composites. The results show that the microwave absorbing properties of nickel-plated carbon nanotubes with different morphologies are obviously different. For nickel-plated carbon nanotubes with relatively thin coatings, the peak reflection loss was -17.12 dB at 9.36 GHz; the absorption band width was 5.28 GHz (R <-5 dB) and 2 GHz (R <-10 dB ), This trend is conducive to the manufacture of broadband composite absorbing materials.
