近年来稻曲病已发展成为辽宁省水稻上的主要病害之一,目前国内外防治稻曲病主要选用抗病品种,加强栽培管理及抽穗前喷药等方法。由于品种不能及时更换,现仍以药剂防治为主。关于该病的侵染规律尚不十分清楚,这是妨碍提高防治水平的重要原因。病菌的侵染规律研究和品种抗病性鉴定均要依靠人工接种技术,要想解决人工接种问题首先要解决人工培养问题。为此我们从1985年至今一直进行病菌人工培养试验,已获得成功。现将研究结果报道如下。
In recent years, smut has developed into one of the major diseases on rice in Liaoning Province. At present, domestic and foreign prevention and control of rice smut mainly use resistant varieties, and strengthen cultivation management and spraying before heading. Due to the variety can not be replaced in time, is still mainly based on chemical control. The law of infection of the disease is not yet clear, which hinders the improvement of prevention and treatment of an important reason. Pathogen infection and disease resistance of species identification must rely on artificial inoculation techniques, in order to solve the problem of artificial inoculation, we must first solve the problem of artificial cultivation. For this reason, we have been carrying out artificial cultivation of germs since 1985 and have been successful. The research results are reported below.
