30多年来,在古老的皋兰县什川镇上,一位肩扛铁锹、佝偻着腰背的耄耋老人成为这里一道独特的风景。从上个世纪70年代末开始,他自掏腰包修补山路38年,不管春夏秋冬还是严寒酷暑,他都忙碌在这里的乡间小路上,忠实地守护着这里的交通,他就是魏至荣,今年82岁。2015年,他的家庭荣获甘肃省“最美热心公益家庭”。上个世纪七八十年代,拖拉机等现代生产工具在什川尚未普及,山路一遇到雨雪天气就会泥泞难行。什川是瓜果之乡,瓜果蔬菜都靠人或牲畜拉着板车去兰州市区出售。可是山路坑洼不平,一不小心就会摔倒,特别难走。有时还会因为路不好
