薄壁零件的车削加工一直是个加工难点,因其壁厚过薄,加工质量难以控制,加工效率低下。通过采用毛坯粗、精车严格分开;合理地选择切削用量;车削过程中充分冷却,降低切削热等措施。采用装夹方法的改变、刀具角度的选择等措施来降低切削力,解决了薄壁零件加工变形问题。总结了所选用车刀的刀具材料、刀具几何角度,和各不同车削阶段,确定了比较合理的装夹和加工方法。
Thin-walled parts of the turning process has been a processing difficulties, because of its wall thickness is too thin, difficult to control the quality of the processing, processing efficiency is low. Through the rough rough, car strict separation; reasonable choice of cutting dosage; full cooling during turning, reducing cutting heat and other measures. The use of clamping method changes, the choice of tool angle and other measures to reduce the cutting force to solve the deformation of thin-walled parts processing problems. Summarizes the selected turning tool material, tool geometry, and different turning stages, to determine a more reasonable method of clamping and processing.
