目前幼儿园在怎样确保幼儿平衡营养膳食,保证幼儿营养摄入量和营养膳食管理方面仍存在不少问题,有关这方面的研究也很少。本人结合当前幼儿园的实际情况,就幼儿园营养膳食现状进行分析研究,探索幼儿园膳食管理措施和方法,为全日制幼儿园合理均衡营养配餐,使幼儿的身高、体重、血色素全部达标提供较为科学的理论依据。
At present, there are still many problems that kindergartens face in ensuring children’s nutritional balance, ensuring nutritional intake of young children and managing diet and nutrition. Based on the actual situation of kindergartens, I analyzed and studied the current nutritional status of kindergartens, and explored the measures and methods of kindergartens’ dietary management. It provided a scientific basis for a reasonable balance of nutrition catering for full-time kindergartens, and achieved full compliance of children’s height, weight and hemoglobin .
