自应用肾上腺皮质激素及/或免疫抑制剂治疗肾病综合症(NS)以来,许多学者对影响其疗效及疾病预后的因素做了大量研究。其中感染是影响预后的重要因素之一。感染是肾病发病及复发的重要诱因,并可致激素耐药、低敏感和依赖。现将我院1981～1992年收治的849例NS合并尿路感染及治疗情况做一分析。
Since the adrenal cortex hormones and / or immunosuppressive agents are used to treat nephrotic syndrome (NS), many scholars have done a lot of research on the factors influencing their efficacy and the prognosis of the disease. Among them, infection is one of the important factors affecting the prognosis. Infection is an important cause of nephropathy and relapse, and can lead to hormone resistance, low sensitivity and dependence. Now in our hospital from 1981 to 1992 admitted to 849 cases of NS with urinary tract infection and treatment to do an analysis.
