在阐述著作权集体管理的信息、基本概念的基础上,介绍加拿大集体管理组织的运营情况以及集体管理组织与加拿大版权法之间的关系,尤其是加拿大使用版权的报酬标准问题。
Based on the information and basic concepts of collective management of copyright, this chapter introduces the operations of Canadian collective management organizations and the relationship between CMOs and Canadian copyright law, especially the issue of Canadian remuneration standards.
