低碳经济已经成为当今世界发展的潮流。在转变经济发展方式,建设“两型”社会的时代背景下,本文从四个方面对常德市发展低碳经济的路径做了初步研究,阐述了常德市如何布局低碳经济发展,以求在激烈的区域经济竞争中获得成功。
Low-carbon economy has become the trend of development in today’s world.
