针对国内油气集输管道建设时面临的线路选择和评价问题,在对管道线路评价的可行性进行理论分析的基础上,基于层次分析法和群决策法,对四川某采气干线线路方案的影响因素进行归类和分析,建立管道路线选择综合评价体系的目标层次结构模型,并结合数学分析手段,确定了该模型中9项基本指标在整个路线评价体系中所占的权重,最后给出了3个备选方案的定量评价结果,选出了最优线路方案,论证结果与实际专家意见一致。实例证明:利用层次分析法和群决策法不但可以详细客观地评价候选线路方案,提供定量的评价结果,而且计算简单、经济实用,为我国集输管道线路方案评价和决策提供了可行方法和理论依据。
