为改善井下重力放矿工艺,我矿在中南矿冶学院的协助下,于留矿法采场试用了轻型振动放矿机(简称振机)出矿。试验结果证明,振动放矿在薄矿脉开采中有着广阔的发展前景。与传统的木漏斗重力放矿相比,具有:结构简单,容易制造和安装,节省木材,减少漏斗维修量,劳动条件好、安全可靠、放矿效率高、采下损失少,缩短了采场生产周期等优点。本文仅就我矿试验振机放矿,试作技术经济效果分析。 (一)采场概述我矿自1982年9月开
In order to improve the gravimetric ore discharging process in the mine, I mine tried out a light vibrating and draining machine (referred to as vibrating machine) out of ore in the stope of mine retention method with the help of Zhongnan Mining and Metallurgical Institute. The test results show that the vibrating ore-dressing has broad prospects for development in the mining of thin veins.
