一、概述 SS1型电力机车转向架构架为全焊接结构(见图1),它承受载荷大,受力复杂,加上机车结构、制造工艺上的缺陷和运行线路的恶劣,导致太原北机务段的SS1型电力机车构架普遍发生焊缝疲劳裂纹,引起母材撕裂,严重危及机车行车安全。针对这一情况,我厂与株洲电力机车研究所签订了构架合作技改合同,以求为工厂今后修车积累实际经验和原始数据。
I. Overview SS1 electric locomotive bogie frame is welded structure (see Figure 1), which bear heavy load, force complex, coupled with the locomotive structure, manufacturing process defects and poor running lines, leading to the Taiyuan North Depot SS1 electric locomotive frame weld fatigue cracks occur generally, causing the base material tearing, seriously endangering locomotive traffic safety. In response to this situation, I plant and Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Institute signed a framework contract for technical cooperation in order to repair the factory for the future accumulation of practical experience and the original data.
