以红小豆为原料,采用有机溶剂浸提法提取红小豆中总酚,研究了红小豆中总酚的最佳提取工艺。通过单因素试验和正交试验得到了最佳提取条件为:红小豆粉过100目筛,用酸化丙酮作为提取剂,料液比为1:10,常温下提取3h,在此条件下提取的总酚质量分数为4.741mg/g。
The red bean as raw material, the extraction of total phenolics of Adzuki beans by organic solvent extraction, the optimum extraction process of total phenols in Adzuki beans. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained through single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments: the adzuki bean powder was sieved through a 100 mesh sieve, acidified acetone was used as the extractant, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:10, and the extraction was carried out at room temperature for 3h Total phenol content was 4.741mg / g.
