为解决露天矿穿爆作业过程中经常出现的爆破孔异位现象,所导致后续爆破效果不理想,大块率较高、炸药单耗偏高、残留根底现象严重的问题.以抚顺东露天矿为例,以现场实践爆破参数为基础数据,借助于有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行爆破数值模拟,并利用最小二乘法线性拟合的数学方法将数值模拟结果进行拟合,得出各个炮孔之间的匹配公式,进而找到异位孔与周边孔装药量的最佳匹配关系,为露天矿穿爆生产成本控制以及工程爆破具有重要的理论和提供指导意义.
